City Planning Commission - meets most
Thursdays. Meetings are held at 9 a.m. in the City Council
Chambers on the 12th floor of the City Administration Building, 202 C
Street, in downtown San Diego.
The Planning Commission recommends changes in the
city's General Plan and community plans; makes recommendations on the
Capital Improvements Budget, rezonings and related land use matters; and
has final approval on subdivisions as well as many permit types. The
Planning Commission has seven members, appointed for four-year terms by
the City Council.
