Past PQ-NE Action Group Sponsored Events

6/5/2010 - 4th Annual Neighborhood BBQ/Picnic Recap

On June 5, 2010, Northeastern Rancho Peñasquitos families and friends joined the PQ-NE Action Group for a community picnic to kick off the summer. Activities for all ages were available including games, party jumps, The Game Truck and of course our wonderful hamburgers & hotdogs. Council District 1 Councilmember Sherri Lightner & Council District 1 staff member, Stephen Heverly, were in attendance to visit with residents. San Diego Fire Dept. representatives brought their new hybrid truck called a "Quint" for us to view and ask questions about the Brown Out. Thanks to everyone for coming and we hope you had a great day!
